Frank is married to Rockford native and current RPS 205 Teacher, Leslie Paladino. She has a Masters Degree in Special Education and currently serves on the Autism Team in the District. Leslie is also a 1991 graduate of Boylan Catholic High School.
The couple has been married since 1999 and have three children:
- Leah (10th grade)
- Zach (8th grade)
- Frankie (2nd grade)
Frank’s dad is a retired UAW electrician from Sundstrand. He lives outside Hayward, Wisconsin. My mom worked at the Rockford Park District for years. She past away in 2000 after a long battle with lung cancer. Frank’s brother, Jason, is married to Jen Anderson, also a Rockford native. The couple lives in Tallahassee, Florida and, in 2016, were blessed with their first child – Lilly.
Below is the message Frank shared on Labor Day about his dad…
“Fun parades and family cookouts aside, my thoughts this Labor Day turn to my dad – a 30-year UAW electrician at Sundstrand. A Navy veteran who earned his GED before becoming a highly-skilled electrician. His hard work and commitment to better himself made many things possible for our family. His contributions to his place of work and our community, although unheralded and done primary outside of the spotlight, were significant. His story is one of many that should be celebrated today.”
